So my kids left our chickens out last night. I was unaware of this and let our dog out late last night. At 2:30 am my wife heard squawking and looked outside to see the dog and the chickens all in a corner. I spent the last half hour gathering them and searching for a missing one.
Good news is I didn't find any dead chickens. Bad news is I still don't know where the missing one is. I haven't counted them in a while. I might just not remember how many I have. I am now wide awake and have work in a couple of hours. Otherwise life isn't bad.
