good nutrition and tons of water (like around 200+ oz/day).  The latter would have me spending most of my waking hours in the bathroom.  I love watching Brady continue to succeed.  I thought Johnny Unitas was old when he retired at 41, but Brady has surpassed him at age 44 and isn't a back up as Unitas was in the latter part of his career.
