I have plenty of respect for basements. As an IT professional, I've worked
in basements for almost half my career.
Old converted storefront basements for dial-up ISPs in the 90's (our building backed to the telco office- we punched a hole in the wall between the two to bring in our T1), new university building basements in the early 2ks, and now my basement home office.
It's Utes in basements that we mock.
