Overall the 3rd season was a big “meh” for me. None of the B stories for the side characters were very interesting, and there was way too much Brian and his crude stories.

That said the final episode was terrific - maybe the best of the series. I was teary-eyed for most of the time and after it was over me and my wife had to wait like 2minutes before we could really talk about it. Overall the series is a terrific study in living with grief and loss. Just don’t watch it if terrible language bothers you.
