Yes when you visit their “dealership” and even test drive the employees there
Aren’t pressuring you to order they just answer questions and show you features no calls, sales lines or games.

You go online build your vehicle and everything is automated, you pick it up from the delivery center at the exact price you ordered at. They also don’t have an endless options list which is refreshing.

I understand their service model is similar most OEM’s have commissioned service teams this isn’t the case with Tesla. They’re not motivated to upsell you on anything unneeded and there really aren’t service intervals mostly as needed.
