I wasn't aware of this new rule; 7 additional schollies for transfer players.
the NCAA’s transfer portal waiver this year, awarding teams seven additional scholarships that can be used exclusively on the transfer portal in addition to the 25 they are allowed per year.
I must of missed when this was mentioned, but that's great news.
