Heard more gunfire about 10-20 seconds later further north on the road. Them more gunfire about 10-20 seconds late even further up the road.

I figured it was just some stupid people out shouting up the hill on the west side of the road. Because who would be shooting into an occupied campground?

As we were getting ready to start breakfast one of the scouts asked if that was a bullet hole in the car.

Then we noticed the window was also shattered and collapsed when we opened the door.

We called the sheriffs office. They came out. Found 10 9mm casings on the road right above us.

No one was hurt thank goodness. My tent was right behind the suburban. So luckily it was parked there.
