This one is quite stunning as Portland came into the game with the best free throw shooting % in the nation.

So it seems like we are holding teams well below their averages in the Marriot Center in both halves. This could be altitude and just general noise in the first half. But teams are also significantly worse in the second half than the first. Conclusion: The ROC Effect is real.
