3 years ago the Chiefs took a proposal to owners meetings to allow both teams
a chance to possess the ball in OT, but there was not enough support for it including the Bills. It's no wonder as the Chiefs lost a couple months prior to the Pats in OT in the same manner as Chiefs/Bills last night. Would have been a great time to implement it. Maybe now more owners will come around to it.
