The current BYU staff invited Reid and his sons to campus and met with them.

Pictures of them together and smiling were taken. And reports were that all hatchets were buried.

I don't doubt the veracity of your account. Nor do I condone what Reid did.

I also think Reid gets a bad rap from a lot of BYU fans and his positive contributions are often overlooked.
