In my case, I waited for everything to run its course through insurance
After my son's visit got posted to my online IHC account and they showed me what I owed, there was a space to leave a comment / question about the charge. I explained what happened on that space, and they forwarded it on to patient advocate team, who then called us for more detail - the lady was awesome. Then a couple weeks later they sent us a letter with the results.
