impressed. Usually my Garmin watch is mainly for cardio type exercises but I just did the strength training function in the app and way impressed. Just by my arm movement it’s able to know for the most part what exercise I’m doing such as a bench press or lateral raise.
It’s has a ton more functions to explore but so far I feel like this watch for me and Garmin has knocked it out of the park.
PS I realize that Garmin has now come out with the Fenix 7 but that was too costly for me to justify and not sure it’s that much of an upgrade over the 6.
