The words I use individually aren't so bad, but "swear words" probably aren't as bad as what ends up in my house anyway.
FOR EXAMPLE
My 15 year-old son has extremely soft hands. On Sunday, I had a reason to touch one of his hands and it was alarmingly soft. Although I know his hands are soft, it's always a shock when I touch them.
Anyway, I gasped, "Wow, your hands are so soft."
My 17 year-old quickly interjected with, "That's fine as long as it's not just one hand."
My wife drops F bombs (normally outside of the hearing of our kids) and uses all manner of "foul" words, but none of that has rubbed off on our children. Meanwhile, my kids are a dirty joke a minute. my wife blames me. Unfortunately, I don't feel blameless enough to even respond to her with anything other than "sorry."
