Continue to schedule Utah, Utah State and Boise state as the schedule allows. Might not be yearly but Utah should be pretty frequent.

I do like how the PAC-12 used to use BYU and count on BYU for their Non conference games but were to good to not offer membership. They now have lost that luxury. Jokes on them.
