Apparently Chaz was ready to leave BYU after the Wazzu game
There was a lot of speculation around Chaz and his frustration with coaching decisions. It sounds like he was asked to bulk up or slim down to play different positions (even MLB at one point). During the Wazzu game he was told that he'd be benched. Sounds like that was the last straw and he was ready to peace out. Glad he didn't and he recommitted. Hoping that he can stick with a position. And really hoping he stays healthy.
Sounds like he does a weekly podcast with Malik and DLo. I love these kinds of podcasts because players are more comfortable giving their real thoughts and opinions around the game. No canned media responses.

I think injuries were used as an excuse. I think he could have played through them. He clearly was pulled against
