Agree just pointing out they are saying the whole Wasatch front is overvalued

Based on my experience I think st George is more overvalued than the Wasatch front and would be a scary place to buy right now. The Wasatch front is also scary but if you find a property that works for you you buy it now

That is Basically the whole Wasatch front with exception of St. George
