It's fantastic. I go several times per week and I'm running my fastest mile
since I played soccer 10+ years ago.

It's great interval training. You're not going to get jacked from the lifting but you're going to add a lot of overall strength and it's excellent for your cardiovascular health.

It's like 90% women but the workouts are honestly quite brutal as long as you're pushing yourself
