Don’t you want to see someone’s true self in an interview? You should be thanking that guy that he answered honestly. And that you didn’t hire him. He’s obviously not the right candidate for the job so better find it out now then later on down the line. What’s worse is when somebody is very well coached through an interview and hides their true self.
