Awesome. Smart idea
Actually our future movie room will be over our living room as well, when we built our house it came standard with a vaulted ceiling, or you could pay 6k To put an extra bonus room over the living room on the second story. I think it’s the best 6K we’ve spent on our house. The vaulted ceiling would be such a waste, and it added a few hundred square feet to our home.
