Fly into Burbank. I would not consider any other airport unless there is a huge price difference and I have never seen a price difference between LAX and Burbank.

Burbank without traffic is 15 minutes away--its actually fairly close. Flying into LAX is about 45 minutes away without traffic. Flying into Long Beach is about an hour. Plus, the Burbank airport is real small so its quick to get in and out of.
