The cable broke on our driver side passenger door several months ago. We're now in the market for a newer vehicle and contemplating fixing the door of our Odyssey myself before trying to sell it or trade it in. If I try and trade it in as-is, we'll most likely be in a negative equity situation. I think I can at least break even if the door was working properly.

Is it worth the hassle doing it myself? If not, any idea how much an auto repair shop would charge for that?
