a top 50 time in the nation you will go to Regionals. Field events are more restrictive, probably need to be top 25 or higher. Not sure about Relays. Here is a link to the national lists which are updated daily. If there is a BYU athlete that is close to Top 50 then they will probably be trying to lower their time this weekend.
