Which pitcher do you think had the better W-L record based on the following stats...

Pitcher A 211 Innings Pitched, 270 K's, 87 BB, ERA 2.76. 34 Games Started. Pitcher B 206 Innings pitched. 174 K's, 50 BB, ERA 3.09. 32 Games Started.

Spoiler Pitcher A is Nolan Ryan in 1987.  He finished the season 8-16.  His 2.76 ERA was the third lowest of his career, and waas 40 years old that year, and pitched for the Astros who finished the year 10 games under .500.  MLBPicher B was Adam Wainright from last year.   He was 17-7 and was 39 years old.
