TNT Intervention Needed
Not too different than TNT's situation
he was diagnosed at age 16. Had lost 20 lbs and blood sugar was 650. Having to drink and urinate constantly. Super tired all of the time. They didn't admit TNT into the hospital immediately and told him to lower his carbs. BS dropped to 450.

It's an adjustment but as other CBers have pointed out, great tools out there to help in 2022. In some ways being Type I is better than being Type II. You can lower your BS very quickly with Type I. That has some advantages over Type II.

Long time ago and still going strong.
