My poor parents didn’t have a clue about what to do to help me navigate this disease. They did their best, but it was hard. Your son is so lucky and blessed to have someone who knows and understands diabetes. But even with all of that, no one wants their child to have a lifelong health challenge. It’s heartbreaking.
