Johnson is a much better defender and gives us better rebounding and ballhandling. Knell is not a great ballhandler and you need that at the 2 spot, especially when breaking the press and creating for others. Surprisingly enough Johnson outshot Knell from 3 this year, often guarded the best offensive player on the other team. Johnson really needs to improve as a freethrow shooter. He missed some freethrows at critical times.
Either way I think it will be a battle to see who starts. I could see if going either way.
