you go to that website and pick a non profit org that you want a portion of your amazon proceeds to go to. I chose the rocky mountain elk foundation. Every year RMEF gets a check. It's not huge, but its something. It doesn't change the cost or anything else associated with your account. Once you associate your account with your charity, it remains active. Highly recommended.
