I hesitate to say this, because I kind of want to keep it under my hat for those last minute weekend dinner plans where you want good food but don't want to wait, but the owners deserve it.

Haku Ramen House in American Fork. It's by Olive Garden and FedEx in a strip mall place that has been 1000 other things.

The first time I ordered from Haku and asked the Japanese owner/waiter what was best, he told me, "I cannot say that...they are all my babies."

The Ramen is fantastic.
The Chashu buns are fantastic.
The fried chicken nugget things (forgot the japanese word) are fantastic.

Food is always delivered quick. Never a wait. The owner guy has helped me every time i've been there. I believe it is him and his wife running everything.
Looks like the word is getting out and they have almost 500 5 star reviews now.
