We have two 5s on the roster already who can’t play the 4.
I wouldn’t turn down a polished starter if he became available, but loading the roster with 5s isn’t what I think we need. We already have a starter who has effective post moves and is a fantastic rebounder and a backup with height who can bang with other bigs.

I can see trying to replace Lohner with a scoring 3/4 or even a 4/5 guy.

Poor passing, lack of outside shooting, lack of dribble penetration and lack of ball handling is what doomed this team last year. Not their undersized and highly effective center.

I wouldnt mind seeing another true scoring wing with handles and penetration ability, or even a 3 and D specialist over a third-string center.

Unfortunately, I acknowledge the need for height as injury insurance, but I would rather see improved guard play.

Could you imagine this team for a second: TJ haws, Toolson, Barcello, Lohner, Fouss? That’s a tourney team. Guard play is what held us back last year.
