'get my bearings' when I heard my wife say 'Help' from said kitchen. (I didn't realize she wasn't in bed.)
Sprinted in there to find her on the floor. She had passed out.

She's been sick with this cold/flu thing going around and woke up thirsty. She went into the kitchen to grab a drink but got dizzy and collapsed. Pretty sure it was just dehydration and she's asleep again, but that was kinda freaky.
