Was she by herself or was she trying to save tables for her family? If she was alone, you probably should have allowed
her to join your family for lunch. If she was trying to save tables, similar to you, then it's first come first serve. In all honesty how you described the situation, she didn't seem rude at all

Plenty of selfish idiots in Disney parks. But I think you'll find them less often there compared to real life.
