I had been working all year on this project. I talked myself up and bragged
To my brother and all his friends about this. This was the year I was going to make a name for myself. I was even more excited that the team I was going against had some of their members drop out.
However when it came time for my presentation, I flopped. I couldn't remember some of my stuff. The worse part was when the group that beat me told me I tried hard and should be proud of my effort. It sucked
