True, although the 35% ownership stake in an MLS team makes it more believable
and spicy. The fact that he would co-own with David Beckham adds an even spicier twist.
Lots of players want to finish their careers in the US due to endorsements and other factors.
Wouldn’t be shocking if there is some truth to this news.
