Game where some of the parents/fans of one of the teams started heckling a player committed to BYU.

It started with “BYU sucks” and things of that nature where the kid would just smile and laugh back at them. The game got more and more chippy as the game went on and the kid who was pitching showed some fiery emotions toward his own dugout like “Let’s GO!!!” after getting out of an inning.

This clearly escalated things. The “BYU sucks” heckles turned into “Go F yourself” and other colorful profanity as the game went on.

After the final strikeout of a really good, intense game the pitcher did a huge Tiger Woods/Michael Jordan type fist pump towards his own dugout and then turned to the opposing hecklers and gave a huge “GO COUGS” 🤙

It was electric and the umpires had to stick around to make sure no extra-curriculars happened.
