its a top-end program. UVU definitely wouldn't be playing on the same level as some of the better FCS teams. Rooney Field, Cooper Field, and Joe Walton all are sub 4k. Its a pipe dream to think they would ever sell out. You don't need to build a huge stadium, for most FCS schools, something like a multipurpose turf field with nice bleachers is enough.
