I’m a huge, huge fan of the first movie. It was a fresh story with incredible martial arts and gunfire scenes with absolutely insane special effects for the time. The casting was perfect, Keanu was born to play Neo.

The Wachowskis just can’t recreate the magic of the first movie, it’s been twenty three years and they haven’t even come close. Oh well, it won’t ruin my enjoyment of the first film which is an all time great sci-fi movie no matter how awful the sequels have been.
