Very seriously and they try hard to make the right calls. I believe him. I’m sure there are exceptions as there are to everything in life. But I think most refs try to do their job to the best of their abilities. They are human and make mistakes, and sometimes make those mistakes as bad times. But that’s just part of the job. There is so much gray area in referring.
