Most of the homes here aren't rentals

There was one guy that came in a scooped up several homes and is renting them out, but ironically those aren't the ones that look like trash.

Here's it's the people with mortgages and they just don't care enough to make their home look presentable. It's weird. They'll have a 70K Truck parked in their driveway, but their front yard looks like an outhouse.
