Look at Quincy Lewis who had a crazy run in high school, won a national championship, then made the jump to BYU as an assistant, Rose retires so he applies for HC doesn't get it, fine, applies for UVU, still doesn't get it, and now is back in high school.

I don't know Whiting, haven't heard her speak etc. I will say this, good coaches can coach, they don't need to pay their dues for 10 years as assistants, but her inexperience will be a weakness. Different sport but look at Ty Detmer.
