I'm with you. If you don't want to maintain a yard, then why not live in a
condo or townhome or whatever? Why are you paying for land you choose to just ugly up? Makes no sense.
Ok, you want space. Then at least put some nice looking rocks everywhere.
I hate HOAs because they want control over too much, but if they were just based on one simple thing:
MAINTAIN YOUR LAWN
I'd be happy. It's the only thing that matters of all the universe of nonsense HOAs concern themselves with.
