It's a free board and a free world but the negativity and doom and gloom get old for me.

The attitude that ourcoaches are desparate, clueless, have no plan, etc is actually a reflection on the posters' own attitudes and insecurities, not the coaches.

High level D1 MBB is competitive abd requires hard work and persistence to build a roster.

I like our coaches' desire to shoot for the best players they can and the hard work they are putting in.
