Just wait until you get a kid from nowhere, Alabama or inner city, Florida whose parents see him as their ticket to $5million.

I wish there was a way to get athletes what they deserve but also what they need.

Maybe the Supreme Court allows any actual total amount, but caps the per month payout at (age x $200) per month, plus tuition while in college. (Similar to a lottery payout over time).

So jimmy football gets $1,000,000 per year he plays. While he’s in school, he gets paid $3600/month at 18, then $3800 a month, then $4000 a month, then he goes to the NFL and gets paid and all that, but keeps getting paid for his age until the $3million he earned is paid off.

Or maybe at age 30, any remainder is paid.
