I asked him what he thought about BYU joining the conference, and he said
"Oh I love it. B12 just added another K-State."

I asked what he meant by that, to which he responded

-Football is a typical 7-8 win team that once every 5 years or so will break out a 10 win season and win some big games.
-Basketball is middle of the pack that can take a game away from the big dogs once in a while and make an at-large bid as a bubble team with some consistency. Not sure if they've had the same post-season success as K-State though.

Overall, was really happy, and felt the addition of BYU, Cinci, and Houston would make the B12 better at basketball than Texas and OU did, and that football would be respectable.
