I've had mine since 2014. I've replaced parts (igniter rod, new WiFi controller
and new motors for both fan and auger) but other than the WiFi controller I think they sent me all the parts for free — even when mine was past warranty. The new controller wasn't free, because my original controller worked fine; I just wanted to upgrade to WiFi control when they added that functionality.

I bought mine back when they were called RecTec . . . before they had to settle a lawsuit about the name and changed it to RecTeq. I'm a big fan. I think they're better than most, and cheaper than a Yoder 😉
