Practice should be limited for anything to two hours or less a day for anything.
High school stadiums should be basic benches and fields. No mini stadiums that rival small colleges. If a parent or the kid is driven they can choose to spend their own time and money doing that. Schools should focus on STEM and practical skills for kids interested in the trades. Extracurricular programs should be available but not the focus.
