ball in Lehi at the age of 11 with 2/3 practices a week. It's sincerely ridiculous. But people gotta win, though.
If I were king for a day, I'd say the state should care about the parity of high school sports and proactively stop the little league's arms race which is currently, and obviously, way to easy to manipulate in high school sports. Among other things, it leaves behind the kids who are poor, incentives parents to make bad financial decisions and puts more emphasis on sports than should likely be. But, I guess that's the sense you get when you are a public educator in Davis County.
