Instead, the response is: well, you should do it too!!!
Funny enough, most people (including myself as I wrote the OP) thought the Utah County rules were different. That's how often it happens and how foreign the idea of transferring is to folks outside the bubble.
UHSAA should do something to curb the leverage that Utah County parents/schools have leveraged to make superpower programs. That's my point.
My other point is that if you're a dad manipulating transfer rules so your boy can get a state title, then you're dumb. Also still valid.
