as a state. It's not limited to college. It's not limited to youth sports.

If Davis isn't getting transfers or out of area kids, it's not because the kids are just wired different and more loyal than the rest of the country, it's because of coaching, or lack of good club teams in the area(you mentioned weber County kids driving down to Lehi for baseball...why? They wouldn't if there were as good of options close to home), lack of success/winning or exposure(how many Davis kids are getting scholarships in these respective sports?). The list goes on.
