Rating... so he had 21 % of all TV households watching him... 21% off all whether turned on or not... top news today have 7's and 8's.. and 1's 18-49) Being a Subscriber to everything since early 80s' I had those books I pulled it off the shelf... found the page showing that number and gave it to Dick...
