Speculation is that the only reason they put Johnny Depp back on the stand yesterday was because they knew that Amber Heard could not stand to not have the last word. So against the advice of anyone with any kind of sentient intellectual capability, they did indeed put her back on the stand. She got dissected. And Johnny's legal team had been saving surprises for precisely this moment.

No, it may not really mean anything because this is a civil case and defamation claims of public figures are incredibly hard to substantiate.

Anyone who has followed this with any kind of interest is automatically going to believe that while he may be an alcoholic and drug addict, he is not likely a guy who, in Amber Heard's words, beat her repeatedly for five years.

On the other hand, she is pathological and that's really indisputable. She's so pathological that she just can't keep herself from lying. She's completely delusional.

Anyway, it was high drama in the courtroom today and I have now changed my assessment. I now think there is at least a 50% chance that the jury awards damages to Johnny Depp. But whether he gets damages or not, this has been an epic beatdown. He owns all his crap, and she simply lies.

His movies on streaming services are now rocketing to the top. In one trial he literally has uncanceled himself. Who would have thought that was possible in today's world?
